In the criminal thriller "Karma", scattered lives intertwine under the ominous shadow of an unbreakable fate. Moon Kyung Nam (Park Hae Su) becomes a witness to a mysterious incident and makes an irreversible deal. Doctor Joo Young (Shin Min Ah) lives with a trauma that happened to her in childhood. She encounters the person responsible for her trauma. The man (Lee Hee Joon) wanted to earn a large sum of money to change his life. He borrowed from loan sharks to invest in cryptocurrency, but his investments failed. Gil Ryong (Kim Sung Kyun) unjustly lost his job and was then asked to do something related to a large sum of money. Kyung Nam (Lee Kwan Soo) manages a successful private clinic in Gangnam. He meets a very charming girl (Kong Seung Yeon).
