A former special forces officer - Sara is ready to start a new life in the USA with her son Joshua, far away from the traumas of her military past. But during a routine visit to the US Consulate in Frankfurt, Joshua disappears. None of the consulate staff remember him entering the building, so Sara is accused of lying and asked to leave the premises. The consulate is American soil and off-limits to the German police, and leaving would mean losing the chance to find her son forever. Desperate, Sara decides to take a desperate step and secretly stays in the maze of consulate corridors. But the deeper Sara delves into her search, the more she realizes she has become a pawn in someone else's game.
